This notice has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") in order to inform individuals who visit the www.110design.com website and who contact us through our forms.

What personal data do we process?

• Contact form: your name, your email address, and the subject and content of your message.
• Quote request form: your email address and your consent to receiving emails from us.
• WhatsApp, telephone and email correspondence: information that you provide to us of your own accord.
• Technical data: usage data collected through cookies, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the pages visited and the duration of visits. For details, please see our Cookie policy.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

• To respond to your requests and questions, prepare quotes and contact you,
• To provide our services and carry out contractual processes,
• To send you informational emails about our services, if you give your consent,
• To ensure the security of the website and to prevent misuse and spam submissions,
• To improve the visitor experience by analysing how the website is used,
• To fulfil our legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the processing being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; the fulfilment of a legal obligation of the data controller; the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed; and, where necessary, your explicit consent. Informational emails and analytics cookies are based solely on your explicit consent.

To whom may your personal data be transferred?

Your data may be shared with the following parties, solely to the extent necessary for the purposes set out above and subject to the necessary security measures:

• The hosting service provider that hosts our website,
• Cloudflare, which we use for the security and speed of the website (including Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection),
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, which we use for visitor statistics,
• Our service provider that provides our email infrastructure,
• Authorised public institutions and organisations, upon request.

As some of these service providers have servers located abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Method of collection

Your personal data is collected by automated or partially automated means through the forms on our website, cookies, and electronic channels such as email, telephone and WhatsApp.

Retention period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose for which it is processed and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about the processing if it has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties, domestically or abroad, to whom it has been transferred; request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred; object to any outcome to your detriment arising from its analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of its unlawful processing.
